60 Day Call List

This article covers how to use the 60 Day Call List task queue to automate follow-ups.

The 60 Day Call List task queue was made to help automate the process of following up with your contacts. When you log a call as connected, your contact will automatically be added to a task queue that will prompt you to follow up with them after a 60 day delay. If you log your call as Left Voicemail/Busy you will get a task in a couple of days to try calling again.

The 60 Day Call List task queue will help you maintain relationships with your brokers and make follow up calls easy. To use the task queue, you will go to your tasks, filter by queue, select "60 Day Call List", and complete the first task.

The task will be called "Follow Up With (First Name) (Last Name)". It will prompt you to make a call and log the results. Once you have completed the first task, the queue will automatically pull up the next contact for you to call.

The automation will be triggered each time you log a phone call. Once you have made the follow up phone call, your contact will be added to the queue again and you will get a task to call them in 60 days.

Tips for Success:

  1. Put notes in your contact when you log a call. This will make it easy to recall the conversation you had 60 days ago.

  2. Log every single call correctly. The task queue has contingencies for each of the call logging options. For example, logging something as "Wrong Number" deletes the phone number from the contact and creates a task for you to enter the correct phone number.
