Learn how to create a saved view for a specific set of contacts.
When you want to be able to easily and clearly look at a specific set of contacts, i.e. brokers located in IA, you can do this by creating a saved "view".
1. Navigate to CRM > Contacts.

2. At the top right, select Add View

3. Then select Create new view

4. Give your view the appropriate name (i.e. Brokers in IA)
5. You'll then want to add the preferred filters. For this example, we'll filter by Type > Brokers and State/Region > IA (refresher on how to add type and state/region as an option here)

6. Once we've applied our preferred filters, we want to save the view so that we can access it at any time. Hit the floppy disk icon at the top right to save.

7. This view is now saved and you can access it at anytime by going to CRM > Contacts > All Views in the top righthand corner

8. Then search for the view by name and it will populate
9. If you ever want to delete a view, follow the same steps to find the view in CRM > Contacts > All Views and search for the view you want to delete.

10. Then hover over the view, then click More, and Delete.
