Setup Guide for Intermediate-Advanced Users

For Sales Reps that have existing knowledge of Sales Navigator, start here.

Sales reps that have some existing knowledge of the LinkedIn Sales Navigator platform should continue to build out the platform to maximize their accounts. If you haven't yet, please complete the following:

*NOTE: Almost every best practice listed below has an accompanying Knowledge Base article linked

  1. Upload at least 1 account list (your 'book of business') and share with Marketing team
  2. Create and save at least 2 searches to find high priority accounts or leads
  3. Ensure you have Newsfeed alerts and email alerts on, and have downloaded the Sales Navigator mobile app
  4. Create at least 1 Smart Link 
  5. Review best practices of sending InMail messages
